Graduated from Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK) and she also holds a Diploma in Business Management (TAR College) in 1987. She began her career in Corporate Management with many years of experience in property management, investment and marketing. She became a Real Estate Agent in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2000, specializing in sales of high-end condominiums and exclusive rentals to the expatriate and diplomatic communities. She and her husband moved to Bakersfield in 2013 and she quickly resumed her real estate career.

With more than 20 years of related work experience and knowledge in property markets she is confident she can help her clients meet their real estate needs and goals. She is committed, dedicated and trustworthy. Ann is also a member of Global Orientation Destination (GO) providing relocation services in Bakersfield and worldwide. “Love God and Love People” is her motto.
