Ann was an incredible agent to work with! I'm so glad she reached out to me months ago regarding my parents' property. It was my first time to sell a home that needed a ton of work before we put it on the market. She was very specific on what needed to be fixed and what should be left alone. She had reliable contacts who had to do repair work that needed to be done. She was on top of the contract ors so I didn't need to be babysitting and managing the progress of the house. I live in Los Angeles and I know that I could trust her letting contractors in and out of the house.

She listened to my opinion on challenges and we always worked together. Her agent's fee was very respectable and more than fair. She is smart and aggressive yet respectful. She helped my elderly mother docusign documents who is living out of state and not at all internet savy.
