It was my first time to sell a home that needed a ton of work before we put it on the market. She was very specific on what needed to be fixed and what should be left alone. She had reliable contacts who had to do repair work that needed to be done. She was on top of the contract ors so I didn't need to be babysitting and managing the progress of the house.
